Triple Bottom Brewing is a Philly based craft brewery. While it already has numerous efforts in place that promote social good, solely utilize wind-derived energy, and are B Corp Certified, they hope to bolster such efforts. As such, PSC will be assisting Triple Bottom via product life cycle assessment (LCA) in addition to B Corp Renewal recommendations.

Administrative decisions in food insecurity mitigation efforts

The Sharing Excess team handled various tasks from creating spreadsheets to delivering presentations for our client. Driven by consultant research, our deliverables helped inform administrative decisions for our client which helped them allocate their time more efficiently when planning for events and outreach initiatives. Sharing Excess works to combat food insecurity and was one of our first clients, and PSC is proud to have been able to contribute to such a great mission!
Quaker Kitchen at UPenn
Strategizing toward a zero-waste facility
Fall 2022
Quaker Kitchen, located in UPenn's New College House West, is both a dining hall and a space in which students can learn healthy and/or plant-based recipes whether they have a dining plan or not. This year, PSC will be assisting Quaker Kitchen in becoming a zero-waste facility.

Bringing low-waste hygiene products to Penn's dorms

PSC worked with Generation Conscious to bring biodegradable hygiene products to Penn's dormitories, providing students with low-waste alternatives.
Penn Sustainability
Bringing solar EV charging stations to Penn's garages
Spring '22 - Spring '23
PSC is working alongside the Penn Sustainability Office and the Wharton Undergraduate Energy Group to bring solar-powered EV charging stations to Penn's parking garages in West Philadelphia. PSC is focusing on community outreach/engagement, project funding opportunities, and overall implementation planning.
